Authorizes the collection of broodfish from North Carolina public waters for licensed fish farm operations.

Before you apply

North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission requires the following be complete before this permit can be issued.

  • Hold a valid North Carolina Fish Farmer License
  • List target species, waterbody, and collection gear
  • Agree to file the Broodstock Collection Report (NCWRC-1411) within 30 days of collection
