Before you apply
NC Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission requires the following be complete before this permit can be issued.
- Hold an active NCABC license/permit (or qualify as a nonprofit under §30.05)
- Local-government approval if required by the city or county
- Submit File-and-Use Notification (FUN) form via AIMS
