Retail Food Establishment Permit

Permit to operate a retail food establishment. Fee tier is based on annual gross sales.

NC Division of Public Health requires the following be complete before this permit can be issued.

At least one Certified Food Manager on staff
Submit site plan and standard operating procedures
Pass a site inspection by a state or local health authority before opening to the public.
