Before you apply
North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission requires the following be complete before this permit can be issued.
- Hold a current North Carolina resident or nonresident fishing license
- Identify gear type (cast net, trotline, gill net under separate authorization)
- Keep daily harvest log and submit annual harvest report
